Support the Semper Fi Fund and go behind the private gates to four barns, including Mida Farms, owned by Victoria McCullough, the 2017 winner of USEF/EQUUS Foundation Humanitarian Award. A regular host to Grand Prix events, Mida Farms features a 20-stall barn, multiple tack rooms, and 9-foot columns separating the horse stalls. McCullough is a staunch opponent of horse slaughter, and she plans to rehouse 5,000 horses in the next two years, according to Randy Russell, president of Polo America. Mida Farms recently hosted the Feb. 13-15 Turf Tour. See EQLiving’s visit here.
The other facilities are Bourns Sport Horses, Sata Rita Polo Farm, and Black Watch Farm.
Tickets are $55 per person and include luxury bus transport, hospitality at several barns, gift bags and a ticket to the Grand Champions polo game. Purchase tickets here.
