INGREDIENTS
2 jalapeño slices
1 slice cucumber
1 ounce ginger syrup
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce egg white
1½ ounce tequila

PREPARATION
Muddle one jalapeño slice, cucumber, and ginger syrup in a shaker. Add tequila, fresh lime juice, and egg white. Cover and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain slowly in a coupe glass and garnish with remaining jalapeño.
