Top names in the horse show world, including McLain Ward, John and Beezie Madden, Laura Kraut and Nick Skelton, Kent Farrington, and Rodrigo Pessoa turned out in force for a book-signing party for the new biography of prominent show jumping owner and sponsor Hunter Harrison, Railroader: The Unfiltered Genius and Controversy of Four-Time CEO Hunter Harrison, in January at Double H Farm in Wellington, Florida.

Author Howard Green spoke with guests and signed copies of the book, which was written after Green spent many hours interviewing Harrison and his family, friends, and business associates. Harrison’s Double H Farm was involved with many top horses such as two-time Olympic team gold medal-winner Sapphire and 2017 Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Final winner HH Azur.

Railroader is an insightful portrait of Harrison not only as a revolutionary executive in the railroading world, but also as a self-made man who achieved extraordinary success and an inspiring leader.
