Founded in 1958, the Washington International Horse Show (WIHS) is one of the most prestigious, competitive and exciting equestrian sporting events in North America.

To the delight of thousands of spectators, each October top horses and riders arrive in the nation’s capital from across the country and around the world for six days of top jumper, hunter and equitation competition, equestrian entertainment, and community and charity events.

This year the horse show took place in October at the Tryon International Equestrian Center in Mill Springs, North Carolina.
