The show was honored with the designation as a USEF Heritage Competition in 2012. Recognized as one of the finest equestrian events in the United States, Menlo is unique in that its origin and legacy is one of philanthropy.

Held at the Menlo Circus Club, the  Menlo Charity Horse Show offers exhibitors and spectators one of the best show experiences in the country. Nightly events combine the excitement of show jumping with the best of entertainment featuring casual dinners, and wine and beer tastings.

Started in 1970 as a one-day horse show, Menlo has a tradition of providing outstanding equine competition while raising much-needed funds for numerous charities including Planned Parenthood, Amigos De Las Americas, and Vista Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
